I have seen those defracted light spots too. I've also seen, in a sky that is chemtail greyed-over, the sudden appearance of a black shaggy cloud (looks like an octopus with trailing filaments). It disappears once it's aware you've noticed and you try to capture it on a device.
Someone must know where the planes land to stock up the evil spray. The people involved are killing themselves and their families as well. May be they are not human?

The state of Florida just banned chemtrails. This will never happen in blue states where my friends there do not even look up into the sky and question what is obviously happening.

I see a also a military C17 Globemaster definitely discharging chemicals. The other trails are probably contrails of commercial flights (Schiphol). Since Sulphur is added to the kerosine (instead of removing it) it' cheaper to make these contrails and the resulting SO2 after burning this Sulphur also condensates the humid air.
